Are you a medical facility in need of graduation gowns as alternative PPE?

To get donated gowns into the hands of medical providers as quickly as possible, we are instructing all gown donations be mailed directly to accepting medical facilities.

Please fill out this form if:

• you are a healthcare worker employed by the medical facility requesting gowns

• your facility can receive individual shipments (as small as one gown)

If your facility is not able to receive smaller shipments for logistical reasons, please contact us directly so we can find the best way to help you.
